2020 has been an unpredictable and difficult year. We have been working to support our growing communities with programmes designed to keep us connected, curious and creative in uncertain times. We don’t know what 2021 holds, however there are some things we do know…
Back for its 8th year running, we’re so excited for The January Challenge 2021. The January Challenge is 31 days of fun, quick and FREE creative challenges for each day of the month. Join us as we kickstart the year with creativity and positivity – and our brand new model! This year, we’ve enlisted the help of three inspiring creative people to make The January Challenge bigger and better than ever…
- Poet, broadcaster and author Lemn Sissay MBE
- Writer, artist and part time superhero Jess Thom (aka Touretteshero)
- Multi-award winning journalist Yomi Adegoke
Each of our collaborators have selected 31 amazing crowdsourced challenges. When signing up you can choose whose programme you like to take part in or you can or go for The Wildcard – a mixture of all three!
We have also launched the 64 Million Artists Podcast mini-series! Tune in here (or wherever you get your podcasts) to listen to our host Michaela Tranfield in discussion with our CEO, Jo Hunter and our three collaborators Lemn Sissay, Yomi Adegoke and Jess Thom. They talk about the power of creativity and why it is so important to them. We are releasing an episode once a week!
