Fit in 15 Friday
Well done for making it to our first Friday of term.
For Fit in 15 today you can choose to complete any of the cardio activities from earlier this week. I’ve put them all on this post so it is easy to find them and make your choice.
Then, as always, please do the daily exercises and the cool down also.
Do make sure you get some fresh air each day – I know it is cold outside but if you wrap up properly it can be fine. I will be running as normal, whatever the temperature.
